Proxifier
Steps=
1) Download and install Proxyfier
2) Open proxyfier, Go to options>Proxy settings and click add
Proxy:10.239.221.22 port:8080
And select HTTPS
3) Options>Advance>Http Traffic
4) Tick redirect HTTPS...........
and enter 195.168.109.60/?id=jCustomerWAPProv Port:8080
and tick check Proxy server from main setting

Dont use any proxy in Browser..
If you dont get good speed or even cant get connected then use any other proxy with proxy port 8080.
You can get some here proxy list

Use apn=rcommms to connect your pc through mobile. Dont use any proxy in connection settings in mobile or PC Suite while connecting

I am getting good speeds of 16-17 KBps while downloading.
Please Give your feedback and tell me the download speeds you get..
I am using Samsung GT-S5620 Monte. But one of My friend has a Nokia handset and is getting even 30 KBps.

I am not a reliance user... Still i am asking you that you use https still you get a good speed... Miracle.!!

But even on my docomo connection with paid gprs plan i can get only 10kBps while downloading and on reliance i get 16-17kBps

Before i was using docomo free gprs and pay gprs too and at that time the speed of free gprs was more than pay gprs... Speed too varies from place to place and mobile too.
