I have created a new warning system for our forum....
==>when you warning level in more than 75% and less than banned then it looks like this

I want to suggest you to merge the following forums for better arrangement of topics and posts:
'Latest Telecom news'
and 'Whats Happening In Telecom'
As verbally their meaning is same. They should be merged into one single forum

Thanks for suggestion... Actually its for test purpose... Telecom news is a forum and wats happening in telecom is a blog... So i made it to find their difference.... It will be deleted
