Huawei Ideos powered by Android 2.2 Froyo at 6K only

Indian officials say that the new impressive Huawei Ideos will be available by November in India, with a price range you never expected for Froyo.

The small handset with QVGA capacitive touchscreen display is capable of running the latest and fastest Android 2.2 a.k.a. Froyo. It’s capable of delivering what you want in a smartphone. Ideos is powered by the commonly used Qualcomm 528 MHz processor, with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. Supports microSD up to 32GB. It has connectivity like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, 3G, GPS, and so on. The phone is hot, with its dashing cheapest price.

The phone was introduced on the on-going IFA at Berlin. Check out the complete official video of Ideos, impressive it is. And yes, we got this from an official: Ideos will launch in India by November at price range of Rs. 6,000 of even lower. Froyo at 6k! The cheapest you can get, but it depends on the number of units the small company can come out with.
But the major drawback of the phone is very low screen resolution of 240x320 and no secondary camera for video calling. But it is equipped with a capacitive touch screen which is a great feature at this price point..
